All orders have a 1-2 business day processing time. All shipping is done either USPS 2-day ground or larger orders UPS Ground. Priority can be done by request for an additional cost. Indicate in your order under comments if your want Priority delivery.

Return and Exchanges
Returns are for exchange only. We will issue you a due bill equal in value to the item(s) you are returning.
This due bill can be used at any time to buy more merchandise from our website only.
Returns will be accepted up to three days of the confirmed shipping receipt. All "Sale" items are final sales.
All items returned must have a Return Authorization number (RA#) assigned to them. Please e-mail us your order #, item # and why you are returning the item(s). We will then e-mail you back a RA# to include in the package.
Although we inspect our merchandise for defects or damage prior to shipment, we also ask that you inspect the product as well. All defects must be reported to us within three days from the date you received your shipment. We will not accept any claim for damage or defect after the three day period has expired.
******VERY IMPORTANT******
All items returned for exchange must be in its original packaging and jewelry MUST have the original pink fiber tag intact. Any item that appears to have been worn or does not have the original pink fiber tag will not receive credit.
Returns must be sent to us pre-paid. We will not accept delivery charges on any orders.
