Guidelines to hosting a party

• Parties can be held  Mon, Tues or Wed from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm or Sunday
5:30-7:30pm.

• Minimum of 15 confirmed guests.

• We can send out invites if you provide us an address list or email list or
you can send out your own.

• We provide wine/water/cheese tray, you can also bring in your own
snack or dessert.

• The host will receive a gift certificate for 10% of the evening’s sales or
give their guest 10% off their purchases.

• If it’s a charity event, we will make a check payable to the charity for
10% of the evening’s sales.

• If you are interested in booking a party, talk to one of our sales
associates and provide them with a date so that we can make sure it is
available. We ask that 2 days before the party you contact the store
with your confirmed guest count so that we can order the appropriate
cheese tray.
